Working out is becoming more of a chore then enjoyment. This is a totally normal occurrence and we are going to give you our points to overcome this

Whats are the steps to getting out of a rut?

  1. Determine the end goal
  2. Set yourself a shorter goal to get back on track
  3. Put goal into action/ Reevaluate/ plan your next short term goal

Sometimes being in a rut can be disgusted needing a deload…go into a deload

Other ways to get out of a rut

-Take a diet break

-Change up training routine

-Change your gym

-Get a new training partner

-Change your schedule
