Workout motivation is nothing but a gimmick
 
A gimmick that will get you discouraged really quick!
 
Truth is...workout motivation fades BUT action doesnt!
 
This is why I love the 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins
The 5 second rule is way better then workout motivation

Workout motivation is Bull! Learn about the 5 Second rule by Mel Robbins. This was a really great book and has sound principles that everyone should follow. When it comes to working out you need this rule. Workout motivation is nothing compared to this rule. As Mel Robbins states workout motivation fades but the 5 second rule doesnt! I highly recommend checking out Mel Robbins book the 5 second rule and her Ted Talk on Youtube is great also!
