10/04/23: Yesterday, Congress voted to oust Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House after eight Republicans joined all Democrats in a historic 216-210 vote. By the end of the night, an interim speaker had been named but there was little certainty about who would ultimately be elected to the role. Congressman Kelly Armstrong joins Joel on "News and Views" to share his perspective on the issue.
