California is now moving to dismantle the nation’s largest death row by moving all condemned inmates to other prisons within two years. Gov. Gavin Newsom said the goal is to turn the section at San Quentin State Prison into a "positive, healing environment”. What this would mean is that serial killers would be moved to facilities that offer them more amenities and makes their lives more comfortable. Is this a slap in the face to the victims and victim’s families?
