According to federal authorities, a Brazilian man ticketed for a deadly crash that killed four members of a Massachusetts family near Disney World in Florida last month was arrested on separate immigration charges before he could board a plane and return to South America. Lucas Dos Reis Laurindo was driving a pickup truck when he failed to slow down and slammed into the family’s van. He is now asking to be allowed to return to Brazil. Should they let him go?
