In a conference call to 3,000 members of the Obama Alumni Association, former President Barack Obama, in reference to the Department of Justice dropping charges against former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn, said: “There is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free.” Given the fact that Gen. Flynn was never charged with perjury, but pled guilty to a single count of lying to the FBI in a meeting at the White House that he was led to believe was a friendly chat among colleagues, is President Obama out of line?
