The shooting of Dorchester grandmother Delois Brown has re-ignited the arguments on how best to increase public safety in Boston's neighborhoods. Mrs. Brown was killed while sitting on her porch Saturday evening. Youth activist and religious leader Rev. Eugene Rivers says what is needed is prevention, intervention, and enforcement, not the current fad of de-funding. The Reverend joins Dan to discuss where Boston needs to go from here.
