Jordan Rich fills in for Dan Rea. No charges are being filed in the case of an Allston woman who got into the wrong Lyft then though she was kidnapped. It turned out to be nothing more than a communications problem and she had panicked because her phone battery was dead. There have been a number of assaults involving both ride share drivers and passengers. Do we need to change the way we use ride shares?
