Ex-Brooklyn Center, MN police officer Kim Potter has been charged with second-degree manslaughter in the Daunte Wright case. Potter is a 26-year veteran who shot and killed Wright after pulling a gun instead of a taser. Both Potter as well as the Brooklyn Center Police Chief Tim Gannon resigned after the incident. Is second-degree manslaughter the appropriate charge?
