Jordan Rich fills in on NightSide with Dan Rea:

The USCIS Naturalization Test is comprised of two components, an English and civics test. The civics portion is an oral test requiring you to answer questions about American government and history. You must answer 6 of the 10 questions correctly to pass, and although you can certainly study and memorize facts, you must be up to date on recent elections and political appointments. What happened at the Constitutional Convention? What territory did the United States buy from France in 1803? What is the supreme law of the land? Can you answer these questions? Jordan gauges your knowledge with civics questions from the naturalization test tonight!
