Today in NYC, the funeral was held for fallen NYPD Officer Jason Rivera. During the eulogy, Rivera’s widow Dominique Luzuriaga took the opportunity to call out Manhattan’s DA Alvin Bragg for his controversial prosecution guidelines. Luzuriaga said, “The system continues to fail us. We are not safe anymore, not even the members of the service. I know you were tired of these laws, especially the ones from the new DA.” Dan discusses soft on crime policies and how it’s impacting our police and communities.
