Welcome to episode 131. In 2022 I did a lot of racing and travel. In 2023, I chose to compete in only one 70.3 event due to being a bit tired.
After chatting with Calgary 70.3 race director Tom Bamford and being inspired by a picture from the 2018 Hawaii Training camp along with a published article helped make my decision to race.
In this episode, Todd advises people to not let their fear hold them back and to take risks and break comfort zones. He encourages wearing your "YOLO" cap as a reminder to take on new challenges.
