The Australian native began her career bouncing around the magazine world in London and Sydney before landing a job at Harper’s Bazaar where she rose the ranks to become the executive editor. After 11 years at Harper’s, she landed a dream job in 2016 becoming the Editor-In-Chief of InStyle where she oversees the entirety of the brand that reaches over 30 million people. Laura talks about following her passion, running InStyle, designing the perfect cover, and how to be a boss.
