Nicole Richie grew up in Los Angeles around a lot of celebrities and became a household name when she starred in the 5 season reality series 'The Simple Life' alongside Paris Hilton. Since then, Nicole has guest starred in many TV series, written two novels, was recently announced as a judge on Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn’s new show “Making the Cut,” and launched her brand House of Harlow 1960 in 2008. By 2010, the brand expanded to also include apparel and footwear and now includes home fragrances, eye wear, and tech accessories. On this episode, Nicole opens up about how her idea of success has evolved over the years, having to prove herself when she first launched House of Harlow, the importance of being present in all of her commitments, and why she's let go of trying to be everything to everyone.
