Last week's podcast was about deciding which goal you hadn't made progress on and would like to apply FOCUS to, and see how far you can get before CHRISTMAS! Ahhhhh!

Again, the kids should ALL be back in school, now it is time to focus on YOU and YOUR GOALS again. It would be great if we never got distracted from them wouldn't it? And as much as we do, we need to STOP BLAMING the kids, weather, all that shit that we "allow" to get in the way. NO MORE EXCUSES... right?

So... listen in this week and then email me WHAT goal you are focusing on, and HOW you will FOCUS. When you focus on the action items vs. the big goal it will help you create that PROGRESS! I had to really stay focused last week as I prepared for my two conference talks. Creating the presentations is easy, preparing them, and getting the flow down can be hard without FOCUS! I turned off notifications, the radio, my phone and blocked off time to practice. It can get overwhelming thinking about the end-result. So just focusing on practicing and the message helped. 

Because FOCUS should be EVERYONE'S favorite f-word! (Ok, it's my 2nd favorite one!)

Now, I'm turning my attention to something I have NOT progressed on much... my new Business At The Beach Retreat! I'll be focusing on creating the workshop curriculum for it! Check it out! It will be a great opportunity for you for personal AND professional growth. Nothing like some SUN, FUN and SERIOUS BUSINESS, eh?!
