Season 2 opens with Justin and Harley covering The Rules, a list of rules that govern all aspects of riding a bike. Who decided on these rules, you might ask? The Velominati, a secret society of riders and racers that keep the sport in check. 

Are all the rules great? Not even close. In this episode, Justin and Harley pick their favorites, ones that they think could easily be discarded, and add a couple that they believe were left out and need to be added.
