It all starts with an idea. We buy a domain. Set up a website and we imagine people stumbling across it and - BOOM! Business success.

But then we start the business and realise it's not at all like that. People don't just find cult businesses. They don't just see a product once and click add to cart. It takes showing up even when it feels like no one is listening. Being the first person on the dancefloor is about showing up and stepping out. In this episode, I talk about the importance of getting seen regardless of how uncomfortable it might feel.
