In this episode, we talk to Lisa Lackey about radical self-love for people of color, the trauma of racism, and our deep need for racial empathy and more meaningful conversations on these important topics.  

Lisa is a psychotherapist, podcaster, as well as the co-owner and chief engagement officer of Insideout Living. She is an anti-racism clinical consultant, trainer, and co-founder of Insideout Conversations. Her clinical work focuses on couple’s therapy and treatment of addiction and trauma. She has a Masters in Education from Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary at Northwestern University, and a Masters in Counseling from National-Louis University. She’s a level II EMDR therapist, a certified sex addiction and multiple addictions therapist, and has training in somatic transformation.
