John is a serial tech start-up entrepreneur. He is passionate about helping brands leverage their most active supporters on social media to generate conversation and conversion. John is Founder and CEO of Crowdster, a leading Social Engagement software company, that converts supporters into promoters. Crowdster has worked with over 1,000 organizations including Major League Baseball, Autism Speaks, DirecTV, Hampton Jitney, Tiger Woods Foundation, Notre Dame University and Ronald McDonald House.

John cofounded FatWire Software, an Enterprise Web Content Management company in 1996, which had clients such as Ford, JP Morgan Chase, 3M, and the New York Times. John guided product strategy and developed an offshore engineering team in Hyderabad as Head of the Products Group and Engineering Team.
