Jen works at Foundation Center as the director of GrantCraft, a service that taps the practical wisdom of funders to increase the collective knowledge of the philanthropy field.  In her role, Jen develops free resources to help grantmakers improve practice and facilitates dialogue with funders around the world.  She also connects the social sector with Foundation Center’s array of knowledge services to advance the strategic use of data in informing work. Jen also teaches professional development classes at the Brooklyn Brainery, a skill-sharing adult learning community center, including how to run effective meetings and how to be a connector. Sarah Jo Neubauer is the director of the Capacity and Leadership Development team at Foundation Center.  Sarah Jo has been enthusiastically connecting social sector change makers to resources they need to succeed since joining the Foundation Center in 2006. Combining her background and skills in librarianship, community organizing, training, and fundraising, Sarah Jo leads the Capacity and Leadership Development team to strengthen one of Foundation Center’s core social sector services: Foundation Center Training.
