This episode is part of the food campaign that we launched in our last print issue of the magazine. This week Josh shares a conversation he had with fly fishing activist Mikael Frödin who has been busy of late, campaigning to ban open net salmon farms in Europe. Mikael’s work has seen him in the courts in Norway, and also featured in Patagonia’s latest documentary titled ‘Artifishal’.

The impacts of open net salmon farms aren’t very well understood in the public, yet we are all certainly connected to it – the Nordic diet loves lax!
