Season 5 - Episode 99: Dominic's Upbringing and his Career in Firearms (age 19) - a podcast by Heidi Lyn Rao

Another Rao who was brought up hunting and around firearms and firearm safety, has landed a career doing just that.  He now works for Laser Shot Shooting Simulators, based in Houston but a worldwide company, as the Hunting Manager.

When you are around a topic your entire life, you eventually become proficient in it and do a great job teaching others all about it.  He is a certified Hunter Education Instructor, as well as an NRA Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun Instructor and Range Safety Officer.  Having the knowledge and skills to understand firearms and hunting, has led him to this position with Laser Shot, and is now in the Sales Department and teaches others all about his passion.

Dominic travels the country and sets up this shooting simulator at local hunting shows to large national conventions.  His upbringing and years in Scouting, now an Eagle Scout, have increased his public speaking skills and confidence to do well in this position.

You are in a good place when your vocation is your avocation!
