Hugo/Forest Lake Chase - a podcast by North East Twin Cities Scanner

Around 1:45 pm a report of an erratic driver came on for a vehicle going northbound on 61 in Hugo.  Officers caught up to the vehicle and a short chase followed before the driver was stopped. The cause of the erratic behavior seemed to be a medical issue.
