It does not require elevated observational skills to know that Christians hold different ideas from one another on all kinds of topics. Yet there is a fundamental unity those same Christians share at the deepest of levels, a unity that the Bible (1) declares to already exist, (2) instructs us to pursue and increase, and (3) asks God to provide in our midst. This unity’s importance cannot be overstated. In fact our collective ability and practice of glorifying God depends on it. Listen as Dr. Bob Jordan leads us through Romans 15:5-6.
