Behind the scenes of hectic restaurant life. to new Podcaster
Hey, my name is Wayne aka Datfelladachef. This podcast is about my ups and downs as a black trained chef in America. I’m speaking from my life and what I’ve seen and done in my almost 30-year career
One thing I've learned throughout my time working as a professional chef is that everything you do in a restaurant you can do at home and in fact that’s the way most people used to cook way back in the day, homemade from scratch.
