Today’s word of the day is ‘beard’ as in facial hair as in The Beard as in James Harden. Everyone knows James Harden because of his beard. Well, Harden wants out of Houston in the worst way possible. Houston lost its coach, fired its GM, and now can lose its superstar. NBA players, especially these superstars, have so much control over everything. So what can the Houston Rockets do? Is there anyway to keep him happy and keep him in Houston? Or is he Brooklyn bound (0:06)? So You Wanna Talk To Samson!? Someone asked me if I was President of LSU would I fire Ed Orgeron. This needs to be discussed (18:50). I have a few thoughts about the Houston Texans. What a shame that organization has turned into. Jack Easterby should not be in charge. He is in charge and he thought a good thing to do was fire the VP of Communications, Amy Palcic, who apparently is loved by everyone inside and outside the organization (27:35). Review - A Rainy Day in NY (35:57). Let’s end a show with some news on Mike Clevinger. He was traded from the Cleveland Indians to the San Diego Padres during the season. Well, it was announced today that the Padres have signed him to a two-year deal, BUT he will miss next season with Tommy John surgery. Why was this deal made (41:35)? #waittosee
