She was our listener letter of the week and she had questioned me about my thoughts on white girls or women getting boxbraids - u can go back and listen if u would like to hear my response - MEANWHILE she is back in my dms with a whole lot more to say - apparently she wants to to a social experiment and unwillingly I have already become a part of it Idk what to say - but I read her last eat response live on this episode so u get to see hear and judge my natural first reaction - I was stupefied flabbergasted overwhelmed I was like wow - I start the episode off with my adventures as a traveling stylist yes I travel for my clients and o my lients sometimes ( if it’s worth it and I have the time ) some might be injured or insecure in this case it was a duo I managed to leave my wallet passport and all my petty cash - then we got the boujee rich bitch who wanted me to clean her house who was Breast feeding a grown man while I was doing her hair it was awkward as hell - her mom was rude as hell I didn’t mention this but they were telling me I need a white man because they treat u better I resent that but I expressed that gracefully the mom kept trying me tho then she gone turn around and ask me to do her hair - no bitch HELL TO THE NO - Ask black women and help us get our point across we don’t need anyone to speak on our behalf we need our own voices heard essentially this mindset is part of the problem - captain marvel ass I’m baffled I will have to sit with this for a while before I can respond racism and colorism and cultural appropriation- it’s a lot sis - I do people’s hair it’s my job I don’t make it about race they doo never say hey what’s your race they lead with hi I’m white I’m not racist but or I don’t wanna participate in cultural appropriating but ????? And that’s when I leave u on seen or read- as for now I respectfully decline in participating in any weird social experiments. What do u guys think ? Moving on this weeks style icon is ALEXIS sky I like her hair my clients do as well they are inspired by her so I gotta show that love and respect say what u want about her she be killing it - next we do our moment of motivation a segment where I’m free to really speak what’s on my heart and for me it comes back to there still being good people with integrity and that’s refreshing I later introduces new segment called word on the street speaking of saying what’s on my heart where no matter where I’m At if I’m moves to do so I just records and share it with u guys - this week I was getting a lot of attention cause it’s warm now and the men are out and they make advances and I wanted to share my input and experience let me know how u feel about the new segment butterflies
