OCR Unedited welcomes Thomas Van Tonder, Pro OCR athlete at RedBull and 2019 100m Sprint OCR World Champion.

Thomas is currently ranked 1st in the men's Open/Elite division in South African Obstacle Racing and has been on top of the national series for the last 3 years. He also placed 2nd in the 3km race at the OCR World Championships, finished on the podium at the innovative Red Bull Conquer the Castle and is the favourite to win in every Toyota Warrior Race he enters. The 27-year-old, also became a new dad this year!

In this episode, Thomas talks to us about how he got started in athletics and discovered OCR, his favourite and most memorable races in his OCR career, and his experience winning the 100m Sprint, at the 2019 OCR Worlds Championships. Thomas also shares with us his partnership with RedBull and an event they have coming up November 18th.
