Twelve years ago Kjay's life changed forever. He was a drug addict, didn't know his father, and his step father was abusive. He felt very unloved which was the void he was trying to fill and then he met Jesus and for the first time in his life he felt true love and acceptance from a Father.

This podcast, is his story from darkness to the successful gym owner, athlete, husband and father he is today.
