Ilaria comes from a family of athletes – her mom was a basketball player and her Dad a Triathlete. Ilaria has competed in track and field - biathlon- duathlon- a triathlon- road cycling -mountain bike and has been part of the rollerki Italian National team until 2016 participating in 2 World Cups and two World championship.

In this episode, Ilaria talks about how she got started in athletics and discovered OCR, her experience competing at the 2019 Spartan World Championships, in Lake Tahoe and finishing 3rd in her AG. She also discusses been part of 3 different national team: Rollerski- cycling and now Spartan pro team, and so much more!
