Red Deer OCR started 3 years ago as a Facebook group. The group grew slowly to what is now a strong OCR community. Trevor prepared and created OCR workouts for the crew so they could train. Now they training and preparing for this upcoming Spartan Race Trifecta weekend, in Red Deer, AB.

Trevor Klassen talked to us about how he got started in OCR, his first OCR race experience in 2013, his first OCR World Championship back in 2017 at Blue Mountain, his thoughts on racing OCR in the U.S., and so much more.
