OJT: On The Job Training

OJT is a passion project about passion projects.

It’s a podcast about the creative process, making progress, and hands-on learning.

Each interview looks at just what makes us so excited about the things we love to work on— the hobbies and hustles, the big dreams and movements. Each episode ends with a Progress Report from the host about one aspect of building a DIY platform for journalism — from hosting and producing, to marketing and promotion.
