In this episode, the taekwondo gold medallist talks about her upbringing in a showbiz family, how she beat her ‘nemesis’, and turning injury and failure into learning experiences. Nat and Lauren recount the day they played golf together and Nat predicted they’d win gold! Lauren also speaks about life after competing, including becoming a mother and undertaking her PhD, in which she’s studying lifestyle practices and mindset in elite athletes.
