Muggsy Bogues.  After a quick stint in DC, Muggsy enjoyed and still enjoys Charlotte after being taken in the 1988 NBA Expansion Draft.  Nothing stopped the smallest player to ever lace them up and Buck asks him why.   Nothing is better than Buck and Phil's stories about their stays in Milwaukee.
