It has long been known when we give a woman a hand up, she lifts an entire village along with her. The same is true about healthy women. For almost as long as there have been humans on earth and efforts to improve health have been a priority, women have NOT been the focus of that learning, research and education. This show is an introduction to the Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital Conference in Minneapolis on October 10 and 11. It is a foundation to begin building a far greater focus on womens health. Three of the speakers will join me today to talk about the conference and some specifics about it. Dr. Alba Rodriguez will share her revolution in pain and stress management. Dr. Loretta Bruening will talk about positive results from positive moods.
