When we were actually able to connect for the show, it became apparent that Lisa’s Career led her to the right place, right time to play a shero role in the COVID-19 crisis. She had been working with Hospitals for years to create streamlined IT processes in rooming, moving/discharging, cleaning, and re-rooming patients. Little did she know, having this knowledge as well as newer work, freeing nurses from needing to report results of tests & discharge instructions to patients, put her hospitals in a perfect position to quickly realize the size and spread of the coronavirus.
