I am happy to welcome Patricia Westergren, BSN, RN to the show to share her passion for Spiritual and Medical Mission work. She has already had a dynamic and impressive career in research involving hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and much more. After retiring, she is actually Refiring in using her knowledge and skills to assist people in need both on the front-line, in Africa, and behind-the-scenes, in the USA. Today we will discuss her work in four Counties in Africa, including Zambia, Tanzania, Kenya and South Africa. Patricia is very knowledgeable of all aspects of this work and is eager to share her experiences with all of us!
