Kathleen Bartholomew is a much sought-after speaker all around the country for decades on the topic of Nurses communication with each other and how it can make or break the quality of the workplace. She has had a TEDx talk on Lessons From Nursing to the World. She is joined by Laura Hanoski, who has spent her career contributing to the seamless and helpful interactions of nurses in their work roles. She also has led a project called, Heroes for Healthcare, helping veterans. They both join me today to talk about crucial conversations nurses must learn to OWN for patient issues to be clearly communicated and nursing interactions to be free of drama. Please welcome them with me!
