The title says it all for our episode five guest, Jeff Hartwig.  Jeff talks about the steps he took to work his way from a 9'6 freshman in high school to becoming the American record holder, and first American over six meters in the pole vault.  Jeff has worn many different hats in the pole vaulting world, and his advice is unmatched.  He was a pole vaulting hero in our childhood home, so this conversation has been one we dreamed of having for a long time.  We hope you enjoy the incredible knowledge and perspective of Jeff Hartwig!
