Gabe Hernández (Austin Doublewide, Dallas Roughnecks & Stanford Bloodthirsty) - a podcast by Theo Wan

Gabe Hernández plays for Austin Doublewide, a men’s club team and the Dallas Roughnecks of the American Ultimate Disc League. In college, he played with Stanford Bloodthirsty where he was named All-American twice and All-Region four times. He won the Callahan award in 2018 which is given to the most valuable player in D1 college ultimate. In this interview, Gabe talks about how he went from never playing ultimate until his freshman year in college to captaining his sophomore year and eventually winning a Callahan award as a senior with Stanford University. We go back and discuss the memorable game where he led Stanford to victory in the game-to-go to nationals on a torn ACL.
