Eileen has spent more than 30 years in the wine industry, forging her way from one of the few women in wine to becoming a leader in an industry that is now blossoming with women. Over the course of those 30 years she has made a total of 28 million bottles of bubbly - making her the most experienced Sparkling Winemaker in the United States. She has been recognized as one of the 75 Most Influential Women in Business by the San Francisco Business Times, and just recently her estate vineyards became one of the first and few Sparkling wine vineyards in the U.S. to be certified organic- something that has always been very important to her.
