BIO:
Working Against Gravity (WAG) is an online nutrition coaching program that helps people transform every aspect of their lives through nutrition. The WAG community has consisted of 15 thousand plus members with notable CrossFit champions, Olympic lifters and professional athletes on its current and alumni rosters. The program itself works by pairing members with a certified online nutrition coach, who teaches members to select wholesome, fuel-focused meals that sustain a daily recommended mix of “macros.” Plus, with a proprietary web app called Seismic to streamline the coach and member experience, one-on-one communication and charting progress is easy and all in one place.
