Welcome to the Orchard Park Library's very first Podcast episode, from "In Good Health". My name is Tim, and I am the Library Assistant here at the Orchard Park Library. With me today is our semi-permanent guest host, Sharon Ashcraft. Sharon has been a guide for us at "In Good Health" and a wonderful teacher of wellness to the community. 

In this episode, Sharon and I discuss the Coronavirus, and where New York State stands in the midst of the epidemic. We also discuss overall health tips, because a health immune system is the best way to beat ANY virus.
