In the First Sunday of Lent, we read from Isaiah 2:1-5, ""Come, let us climb the LORD's mountain, to the house of the God of Jacob, that he may instruct us in his ways, and we may walk in his paths." and from the Gospel of Matthew 24:44, "So too, you also must be prepared, for at an hour you do not expect, the Son of Man will come." I talk about the movie "Left Behind" starring Nicholas Cage, offer my own screenplay "Crunch Time" and then read a great poem by poet laureate (the great) Dana Gioia, "The End of the World."
