Monica Abbott, USA Softball, Silver Medalist - a podcast by Michael Rasile

Monica Abbott joins the show to tell us all about her life from the Olympics in 2008 to getting back to the Games in 2020! As many people know, Softball was taken out of the Olympics after the 2008 Games but was recently instated into the 2020 Games!

Monica let's us in on her story, being a softball lifer, and being on the team both times making sure to grind through and coming out the other side! The 2008 Softball team lost in the Gold Medal Game to Japan and is now excited to come back and try again.

She has done some amazing things outside of her Olympic Career and we talk about being a professional Softball player as well.

This episode is allllll about sticking with it and making sure to not give up, even when it is almost impossible.
