Paris Henken, USA Sailing, Olympian - a podcast by Michael Rasile

Paris Henken joins the show to tell us all about her story and path to the Olympic Games! Paris was able to represent us in a brand new event at the 2016 Rio Games and gave us great insight into what it was like being there.

She gives us a better understanding of how competitive sailing works, and what it's been like being in the thick of it for most of her life. Paris also let's us in on what the expenses are like for sailing and how they come up with the money necessary to compete and have the best possible equipment, coaching, and training to be some of the best in the world.

Paris was a great guest and we look forward to seeing her compete again for the United States in the 2020 Tokyo Games!
