Are you saved?
John 3:16
1 John 3:1-10
For God so loved the world: Yet so many people are angry.
That he gave His only begotten Son:
Virgin Birth (vital, the two natures)
Lived a perfect life
Took our place on the cross (Saves us from Gods wrath, & Hell)
that whosoever believeth in him: Trust the truth… also repent from sins
should not perish, but have everlasting life.
He is alive today, waiting for His return
Intro to key verse
1 John 3:9
Two Natures
Gal 5:16-17
This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.

For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.

Rom 7:19
For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do.
Why is this? The Fall like modes on a watch
1 John 3:9
KJV
Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
NASB
No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him; and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.
NIV
No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God.
Interpretation vs. Translation Whats the difference?
Only two hypotheses
1st Influenced by doctrine
Perhaps:
A Strange & wrong doctrine Mislead
Calvinism
One of the points “preservation of the saints”
Own experiences contradicted the verse and this was away around it.
Conclusion
Rest assured, if you're born again, and still sin, you’re still saved by grace.
