Welcome to Out In The Open Podcast! "Where discussions are open and judgments are closed." Hosted by J. Maken and his three co-hosts Yve, Fanzo and Djeko.

As we continue season two, our host J. Maken along with his co-hosts, Djeko, Yve & Fanzo invited guest speaker Kain to discuss her background, her model career, dance instructor, also being a mental health advocate. In this episode, our special guest Kainthia mainly touched based on mental health, her perspective towards it and her experience she battled with it. Towards the end she gave valuable points to notice it when a friend and loved ones going through it to know how to execute the matter.

Our special guest, Kain is currently pursuing a degree in psychology to become a therapist. She is a runway/print model, actress, konpa instructor, titleholder and a mental health advocate. She's been competing in pageants for 4 years now and currently hold the title for NAM All American Miss Orlando. Pageantry has pushed her to work on her non profit organization, Rebel, that aims to remove the stigma surrounding mental health issues and making stride in suicide prevention.
