In 2015 she coined a viral hashtag that attached her name to sex work forever. Unlike many sex workers, it allowed Tilly to talk openly about her experience in the sex industry without fear of surrendering her identity. It had already been surrendered.

Today she is an activist, sex worker, and writer, and she uses her platform to detail stories of her life and other lives in a widely misunderstood industry.
