Dr. Shelley G. Cole is an obstetrician-gynecologist in Temple, Texas. She received her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Specialties: Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB-GYNs) specialize in the woman's reproductive tract, pregnancy and childbirth.

Shelley G. Cole, MD. performed her residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN in 1991. In 1996, Dr. Cole established her private practice in Central Texas. Initially her services were gynecologic care and routine services. While listening to her patients she saw a need for weight loss services, so she began offering weight loss classes. An innovative and effective approach to hormone therapy with natural bio-identical hormones was introduced in 2013.

Now her services include comprehensive wellness services to lower patients need for medications. Her primary focus in care is to lower your risk and eliminate disease. Dr. Cole became interested in optimizing the function of the thyroid gland and offers consultations for the thyroid in addition to recommendations for vitamins and supplements. She looks forward to expanding her services in the near future to include ozone therapy.

Dr. Cole has a son who is a 3rd year medical student in osteopathic medicine and daughter who is a pre-med student in college. She has a strong Christian faith and loves to get out in the sun gardening when she has a free minute!
